Furthermore, we provide exceptional accommodation and a nurturing environment designed for residents aged 16 to 24 years. Our primary goal is to foster the development and maintenance of respect, self-reliance, and self-care skills among young individuals. We aim to empower them to make informed decisions appropriate for their age, enabling a successful transition into independence and adulthood.
At the core of our care model lies Positive Behavioural Support, guiding our approach towards delivering customized care packages that address your unique needs. Our expertise lies in providing tailored support for individuals diagnosed with learning disabilities, allowing them to live comfortably in their own homes and minimizing the necessity for hospitalization.
